Once we have responded with a time/date for your experience, you will receive an email requesting you to submit card details using our secure landing page within 48 hours. All details are kept securely with a third party provider (Stripe) and will only be charged in the event the cancellations terms are not met. Should you need to cancel or make an amendment to the booking we do ask for 24 hours’ notice. Please be aware if the 24 hour notice is not given a £10 per person fee will be automatically charged to the card. Failure to supply card details within 48 hours will result in your booking being released.
