Delivery & Returns Policy
Standard delivery is £6.95. Local delivery (within a 7 mile radius of YO1 9RP) is available Wednesday - Sunday. All other areas delivery is on a Thursday or Friday.
Delivery to the following postcodes is £9.95
- PA 1-19
- PH 1-7
We are unable to accept orders where you have not given an alternative/safe place for the delivery. Timed deliveries are not possible, if you are not in at the time of delivery, the courier will leave your order in your stated alternative/safe place. At busy periods delivery may occasionally take an additional day.
Each parcel contains ice to keep it chilled during delivery, but perishable items must be kept refrigerated once received.
Due to the perishable nature of the Tastings at Home we are only able to ship these to our standard delivery area. Unfortunately this does not include the above postcodes or the Islands and Scottish Highlands.
Tracking Your Order
The status of your delivery can be tracked online using your consignment number (sent to you by email when the parcel is dispatched).
Delivery to Islands and the Scottish Highlands
Unfortunately delivery is not available for online orders for the following postcodes and areas:
- AB 37, 38, 40-56
- IV 1-28, 30-37, 40-56, 63
- KW 1-3, 5, 6-17, 27-28
- PA 20-25, 36-49, 61-76
- PH 8-26, 30-44, 49, 50
- HS 1-9
- ZE 1-3
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight (postcodes PO 30-41)
- Isles of Scilly
- Channel Islands
- Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to areas outside of the UK.
On the rare occasion that we need to provide a substitute for an item, the replacement will be of equal or greater value. If you do not want us to supply a suitable substitute, state in the ‘special instructions’ at checkout: “No replacements”, in which case we may have to phone you if there is an issue.
Returns and Refunds
You must inform us within 24 hours of any problem with your delivered order. Do not return the goods – we will organise a courier to collect them so they can be inspected and will endeavour to resolve your concerns without delay.
Returns of perishable items (such as cheese and meat) are normally only accepted if the goods are found to be damaged before delivery to you. If we accept the return, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
