We are constantly working hard to ensure the safety of both staff and our guests and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Government guidelines state that when we re-open inside, no earlier than 17 May, the Rule of 6 or 2 households will apply. We have adapted our layout and seating arrangements to allow for 1m+ social distancing in accordance with such guidelines.
We have worked closely with our specialist health and safety consultants to develop a COVID-safe standard for Pairings which includes regular disinfecting of surfaces and key hand contact points throughout the bar. We have created a bar code to enable you to view our menu on a mobile device.
Our amazing team’s wellbeing is absolutely crucial to us, we look after them so that they can look after you. There are various steps we’re taking at the moment in addition to those described above. Every member of the team is required to take a minimum of 2 lateral flow tests each week. This will help identify anyone who is carrying the virus without displaying symptoms, reducing the risk of transmission.
Onsite every member of the team will wear a face mask and carry personal bottles of hand sanitiser that they keep with them at all times. We carryout daily wellness and temperature checks and continue to support staff members who are potentially more vulnerable on case-by case basis.
As with our team we want you to feel as relaxed and content as possible at Pairings. That may mean you have requests that reflect your own view of risks. We would welcome your feedback and will do whatever we can to make you feel comfortable during your visit.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
